Description
Old website written in PHP was ok, but a new MSWIN2003 server has been installed, and no way to display website now…
Even MS Internet Explorer users under MS Windows have to run a program as administrator, according to welcome page.

The website has now gone completely. Just ran resolution checks, and the domain no longer resolves.
