Description
Boxes for login and password are not well placed, it is hard to validate values, the OK button which can be used only with the mouse seems to be under the password.
It is possible to validate using the Enter key.

Still some page layout problems (for example with Mozilla/Firefox on Linux), but login and OK button are now properly displayed.
